Consulting Principal/Architect: .Net Technologies
Location: Client site, Baltimore-Washington, D.C. area
We are seeking an innovative, technically-savvy, and high-energy developer to fill
a client-facing Consulting Principal/Architect position. We are seeking a technology
consultant and senior software developer with a sound understanding of the .Net
platform, C#, and SQL; experience with web development (ASP.net) and DotNetNuke
Web Application Framework is desirable. The incumbent must have good client-facing
skills and the ability to lead projects from vision to delivery along with other
development resources. Proven ability to architect and design software solutions
is expected.
We expect you to provide modern and critical perspective to identify and formulate
cost-effective solutions consistent with clients’ strategic goals. The job entails
coordinating/supervising on-shore and off-shore development resources and as well
as working closely with clients to ensure business needs are met by implemented
solutions.
A Principal with Audacious Inquiry will engage in the management of large scale
client enterprise initiatives. As such, the principal will be held accountable for
exemplary project planning, execution and cost control. The principal will be expected
to engage and lead business development opportunities for AI; contributing to growth
of consultancy revenue. The right candidate should feel comfortable managing medium
to large size teams.
Technology Skills Required: .Net, C#, ASP.net, Database design and development (MS
SQL Server) experience are a must. A minimum of 5 years of full SDLC experience
on the Microsoft .Net platform is required.
Other Minimum Qualifications: A desire to be great. Experience in a healthcare or
healthcare support industry is a plus. A quantitative degree (computer science &
engineering, economics, etc) is preferred though not required. MBA or other graduate
degree is preferred though not required. Compensation will be competitive to aggressive

Director/Manager of Web Marketing
Location: Client site, Baltimore-Washington, D.C. area
We are seeking an innovative, technically savvy, and high-energy consultant to fill
a client-facing Consulting Principal position. This consultant will also direct
the firm’s growing practice area of web and analytical marketing. We expect you
to provide modern and critical perspective to identify and formulate cost-effective
solutions consistent with clients’ strategic goals. We expect you to provide a critical
and informed perspective, in the interest of identifying and formulating solutions
to real-world problems. The job entails coordinating/supervising development efforts,
exploring partnership opportunities, executing on marketing and advertising initiatives
and thinking creatively about strategic problems.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders to improve healthcare
in the region by developing and distributing modern healthcare information technologies.
We expect you to provide a critical and informed perspective, in the interest of
identifying and formulate solutions to real-world problems. The job entails coordinating
/ supervising development and system integration efforts as well as working closely
with healthcare clients to ensure needs are met by implemented solutions.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must be independent leaders, creative thinkers,
leaders in the community, and be able to work without close supervision while exemplifying
a high degree of professionalism. The opportunity for both domestic and global travel
may arise with projects and clients requesting strategy development, process engineering
and / or systems integration oversight. Minimum Undergraduate GPA: 3.2, quantitative
degrees (computer science & engineering, economics, etc) are preferred though not
