Retirement Living TV is a national cable television network that targets viewers age 55 years and above. At RLTV, cash bonuses are disbursed to the staff based on each employee’s performance against quarterly goals. Audacious Inquiry helped RLTV more efficiently measure work productivity by designing, developing, and deploying an information system to enable RLTV to track and report the performance of its staff against individual goals. The system also supports the tracking and use of company goals for bonus awards.
