Joe holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in physics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He holds a B.S. in the same field from Case-Western Reserve University. In addition to having served as a senior scientist and technical leader at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab and other research organizations, Joe is an expert in Website design, development and implementation using state-of-the-art software tools including C#, ASP.NET, IIS, Visual Studio, and DotNetNuke.
