| Unlike traditional management and technology consulting firms, we do not bill most of our clients on a straight time-and-materials basis or on a fixed price. Instead, AI consultants bill all of their time at cost. |

| How does AI make money? |
|
| During the planning phase of an AI project, we develop goals and milestones and agree upon them with the client. Upon completion of a project or reaching of a milestone, the client grades AI’s performance and awards AI a bonus payment commensurate with the client’s satisfaction. This aligns our interests closely with the client’s and ensures a tight feedback loop. |

| Our interest is in building long-term strategic relationships with leading companies – both with our existing clients and with new ones, most of whom we meet via client referrals. Ultimately, AI does not succeed unless its clients do, and we strongly believe that our business model should reflect this reality. |
