Joe is an experienced software architect, specializing in website design, development and implementation using state-of-the-art software tools including DotNetNuke, C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, IIS, MS SQL Server, and Visual Studio.

Previously, Joe had a varied career working in areas related to physics, digital signal processing, image processing, neural networks, and artificial intelligence.  He is an expert in experimental design, data acquisition, data analysis, and systems engineering.
