Audacious Inquiry is seeking strong, talented, personable, tech-savvy individuals within the healthcare IT space to fill the role of MDM Technical Lead. The MDM technical lead is responsible for all technical aspects in delivering an MDM project to large scale healthcare clients, government, and HIE organizations. Specifically, their role includes delivering all functional aspects of an MDM implementation, consulting with clients on MDM best practices, data and system architecture, data profiling, installation and configuration of MDM software, quality assurance and data quality MDM services. The MDM technical lead will interact directly with project managers and technical teams to ensure a successful implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Consult with clients on MDM best practices, requirements gathering, technical approach of the implementation.
* Document all aspects of the implementation
* Consult with clients on server landscape design and infrastructure layouts
* Perform Data Profiling, Validation of Data and data quality MDM services
* Perform installation, configuration and deployment of the all IBM Initiate software components - up-to and including, MDM Server, Workbench, Inspector, APIs, Message Interfaces
* Develop custom Java applications for data manipulation
* Analyze and resolve technical and configuration issues
* Train clients on Initiate MDM software and maintenance of the implementation.
* Mentor where needed
SKILLS
* Intimate knowledge with IBM Initiate MDM Server platform - installation, configuration and deployment
* Knowledge on various OS operations - AIX, Windows, Linux
* Knowledge on various databases - SQLServer, Oracle and DB/2. Must have ability to create and execute complex custom SQL queries
* Knowledge of ETL tools and various scripting languages (e.g. Perl)
* System architecture - be able to develop and design a server landscape: hardware sizing, fail over design, and designing for high-availability.
* Must have strong analytical skills
REQUIRED
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 2 years of relevant technical experience
* At least 1 years experience in installing and configuring large scale enterprise software packages
* At least 1 years experience in technical health IT consulting
* At least 1 year experience in developing SQL in with Oracle, SQL Server, or DB/2
* At least 1 year experience in developing interfaces for HL7 v2 or v3
* Strong communication and consulting skills
* Readiness to travel 50% annually
PREFERRED
* At least 1 year experience with MDM solutions
* At least 1 years experience with Initiate
* At least 1 years experience in Java Coding
* At least 1 years experience in one of more scripting languages (e.g. Perl)
* At least 1 years experience in one or more of the following operating systems: Unix, Linux, Solaris, AIX
